This spacious studio can sleep 4 people - 6 max.
One double bed in the living room and a bunkbed in the hallway with a door to close the space.
A baby bed can also be added.
A pullout sofa can also sleep 2 people.
We always do a personal welcome to our guests and go over the agreements during the stay.
We will install a doorbell camera.
There is an elevator to take you upstairs to the 6th floor. Please do not let kids under 12 years old use it on their own.

The door to the living room can be closed so you can still watch television but the kids can go to sleep.

Los Angeles complex
The studio is situated on the 6th floor of the Los Angeles Complex A, nr 1.
So the doorbell is A 6.1 Nicolaij
When you stay here you will receive two keys.
One for all the downstairs doors in the hallway and one to the front door of 6.1
The address is Zeedijk 148 B in Ostend or along the street it is Troonstraat 107 (entrance only with key)
The area is full of restaurants and activities for kids also!
Several restaurants next to each other along the coast line. On the corner there is a bike and gocart rental to keep you and your little ones busy.
With a max. of 5 minutes walk you have a pharmacy, a grocery store, a clothing & beach play toys shop, a bakery, Georgie's ice cream parlor with the best ice cream for miles.
There are a few restaurants where you can eat breakfast. At restaurant César you need to book in advance and at Casa Del Mar it depends on the season.
Sophia in the city center is famous for all kind of breakfast/brunch > reservation necessary or no free table.

When you have a day of bad rainy weather you are just one stop away from the cinema Kinepolis Oostende where you will be dry, amused and there is a very nice sushi restaurant in the building. A covered playground near Oostende airport is also a possibility.
