For rent studio in Ostend
No smoking except on the balcony, no dogs or other pets allowed.
For now the studio is for rent with a vintage bath room and kitchen.
After the remodelling the prices will be raised. This will be in the beginning of 2026.
A minimum of 2 nights.
During the holidays we prefer weekend, mid-week or week.
When you want to stay one week
> We will add a voucher to have breakfast or lunch at a local restaurant.

Prices now:
Outside Belgian school holidays: € 75 per night for 2 persons

During the Belgian school holidays: € 95 per night for 2 persons

Prices after March 1th:

Outside Belgian school holidays: € 85 per night for max. 4 persons

During the Belgian school holidays: € 105 per night for max. 4 persons
​
A 5th person can be a small child. There is a baby crib for you to use.

​​Deposit: €300, this will be given back if everything is in order and there are no damages.

The cleaning is up to you. Otherwise we will deduct €50 off the deposit.
This is your choice.
Bed linnen for double bed or single beds
You can always bring your own sheets but if you prefer not to you can rent them with us.
€14 : double bed linnen + matrass cover + 2 pillow cases
€ 8 : single bed linnen + matrass cover + 1 pillow case

Towels
There is also a possibility to rent towels.
This can be per piece or per set.
Let us know what you need.

Baby and todler accessories
We have a travel bed available for babies or todlers and a changing pillow to use.
Also a small babyseat to put in the bath/shower is available.
These items can be used free of charge but please do mention it with your reservation that we can put it ready for you.
Go carts and bike rental
Restaurants
There are +10 eating facilities within a 5 minute walk. We are happy to inform you about the menus and price ranges.
At the corner of the square you have Mickey bike and go car rental. Great for the kids to ride up and down the square but you can also rent electric bikes and go sight seeing.
The coastal tram
The tram has a stop just on the other side of the building in the Troonstraat, stop North.
So on the courner of the Northlaan and Troonstraat.

One stop direction of city center you have the Kinepolis cinema and three stops you have the city center with the shops and market on Saturday. For the train station in Oostende it is a total of 4 stops.
Parking
There is a public paying parking alongside the road and on the nearby square but you can also rent an underground parking spot from the office. €12 or €15 a day depending on the time of year.
